We comply with laws, regulations, codes, and guidelines related to safety, quality, sustainability, and working environment best practices. Therefore, it is important for our employees, collaborators, and suppliers to be aware of and adhere to our policies. More importantly, they should feel empowered to speak up and report any irregularities, violations, or crimes that may harm the individual or Aqilion.

Our whistleblower service

Anyone wishing to report irregularities should feel safe and know that they can report without fear of reprisal, and that reports will be handled in a professional and confidential manner.

If you discover or suspect any irregularities of public interest, you are encouraged to report them to your immediate supervisor, Aqilion’s CEO, or Chairman of the board, either directly or anonymously. To ensure your safety and anonymity, Aqilion also offers reporting through RosholmDell’s web-based whistleblowing system. The whistleblowing system is used for receiving, handling, and investigating reports of irregularities.

How to report

If you are not comfortable reporting to Aqilion’s CEO or Chairman of the board, you can report through Aqilion’s web-based whistleblowing system. RosholmDell, which provides the whistleblowing system, also offers physical meetings or reporting by phone.
