The remuneration committee’s main task is to submit proposals to the board regarding remuneration to the CEO, remuneration principles and other terms of employment for management, as well as monitor and evaluate ongoing variable remuneration. The remuneration committee works according to a working order established by the board and all meetings are recorded and the minutes are reported to the board.
