The primary task of the Remuneration Committee is to submit proposals to the Board regarding remuneration to the CEO and principles of remuneration and other conditions of employment for management as well as monitoring and evaluating variable remuneration. The Remuneration Committee works in accordance with a formal work plan established by the Board of Directors. All meetings of the Remuneration Committee are minuted and the minutes are reported to the Board.
